Liam Goffin

 

Liam Goffin received his first drum set at the age of six, igniting his passion for music. Since then, he has studied all forms of percussion including the drum kit, the marimba, timpani, and chimes. As a student in the prestigious Regional Arts Program at Cawthra Park Secondary School, Liam has had many opportunities to perform various musical styles including jazz, contemporary, and rock.

 

Liam joined the faculty at Lowe’s School of Music early in 2015 and has already made a strong impact on the students there.  His first-hand knowledge of the Cawthra Park program has been instrumental in helping several young drummers prepare for their auditions.

 

Liam looks forward to sharing his enthusiasm and unique perspective with more students this season!
